"Customer service made no sense"
I don’t get what happened with their customer service. I emailed twice, waited days for a response, and when they finally replied, it was super short and didn’t answer anything I asked. Like… make it make sense. It really felt like they just wanted to brush me off and hope I’d go away.

"Be careful, these tiles chip really easily"
They looked fine when we first put them in, but within about a week we already noticed cracks and chips. I wasn’t expecting them to wear down that fast at all. Just a heads up if you’re thinking about buying these, they may not hold up well

"Design was accurate, but I’d appreciate a quick apology"
I ordered a custom tile print from yourtiles.com, the design came out almost exactly like the preview. The colours were really close, and the layout matched what I uploaded, so I’m happy with that part. One small edge did look a bit lighter than I expected, which was a little disappointing. It’s not a huge issue, but I do think a quick apology or acknowledgement would be fair. Overall, I’m still happy with it and would probably order again.

"Delivery took longer than expected"
I ordered some tiles and the delivery ended up taking a few days longer than I thought it would. It wasn’t the end of the world, but I did have to wait around and chase it up, and it felt like my question wasn’t really taken that seriously. The tiles arrived fine in the end, so no complaints about the product itself. I just wish the delivery timing had been clearer, or that I’d felt a bit more listened to when I asked about it.
